Why We Started lorimarenthivo

Back in 2018, our founder Rashid Hensley was working as a financial counselor in Cairns when he noticed something troubling. People weren't just struggling with money — they were drowning in anxiety about it. Traditional financial advice felt cold and disconnected from the emotional reality of financial stress.

The turning point came during a community workshop where participants shared how financial worries affected their sleep, relationships, and overall well-being. That's when we realized financial wellness needed to address both the practical and emotional sides of money management.

Our Core Belief

Financial wellness isn't about having perfect budgets or maximum savings — it's about developing a sustainable, stress-free relationship with money that supports your overall well-being and life goals.

Looking Ahead to 2026 and Beyond

Our vision extends beyond individual financial wellness to creating systemic change in how Australia approaches money, stress, and mental health.

Educational Innovation

Launching advanced certification programs for financial counselors and mental health professionals, scheduled to begin in September 2025. These programs will integrate financial literacy with stress management techniques.

Community Partnerships

Expanding our network to include workplace wellness programs and healthcare providers. By mid-2026, we aim to partner with 500 organizations across Australia to normalize conversations about financial stress.

Research & Development

Continuing our collaboration with Australian universities to publish evidence-based research on financial stress interventions. Our next major study launches in November 2025, focusing on long-term outcomes of financial wellness programs.
